Original Item: One Only! Almost 15" bladed socket bayonet with the East India Company locking spring catch and marked with Post 1808 EIC Rampant Lion stamp and Sepoy Regimental and Armory markings. For use with the 39" barreled 3rd Model Brown Bess Musket used throughout the Napoleonic Wars this example comes with its ORIGINAL complete Brass Mounted Leather Scabbard. Fitted with brass top mount incorporating brass frog stud and long bottom mount, almost 5"! Overall length of bayonet in scabbard just over 22".  Extremely rare since it is well marked and with original scabbard.
