New Made Item: Now Used- Few Only. Some time ago we supplied a film production with about a dozen of these fine reproduction helmets for a production being filmed in Europe. Now after over many years these have been repurchased from our original customer (we are contractually prevented from revealing the title of the film, sorry).

These are still fine helmets but the "shine" of newness and freshness has evaporated. The brass bodies have dulled down, not so much from use as we suspect actual use was very limited but from just sitting around in whatever climate they had and they gently started to age. All appear to be complete but expect to find some deterioration maybe even an odd dent. Mostly loss to the horse hair tails and dulled and dirty brass.

Perhaps something you can use for decoration or re-enacting as the sizes are large. While they last, offered in AS IS condition only.

From the era of Napoleon the 1st, the terror of Europe until 1815, this is a high quality NEW MADE reproduction of the most beautiful Cavalry helmet of the age.

Made of brass construction with full cloth and leather liner the helmet is wrapped with a leopard skin turban (actually printed cow skin). Flexible brass chin scales with "gold thread" tie at throat, black horsehair brush on helmet crest with black horsehair tail behind and completed by 18" dark red feather hackle.
