We have been able to successfully research the following soldiers: Virgil M. Whitfield who's obituary can be found here , Richard L Ambrose ASN 32935218 and Donald Elliot Coleman (see copy of his Draft Registration Card which is included). The others either have names that are too common for us to pinpoint without hours more research and we would need to visit the National Archives for a larger database. Furthermore, this has prevented us from ascertaining which regiment and division they were assigned which further research should be able to uncover.
Flag is cotton, double sided, with stitched single panel swass. This is a wonderful genuine USGI bring back from known USGI who liberated Europe from the NSDAP Regime.
