Original Item: Imported from Eastern Europe these are unissued Cold War Maxim Belt Cans in very good condition. Complete with impressed "Star" on each side of the body. Maxim belt cans are not rare, but this model with the impressed "Star" in is very hard to find. Offered empty (no belt).

While these are unissued, they have been in storage and moved around multiple times, so they will possibly have small chips in the paint and other minor wear. The color and condition of the carry strap also varies, as many have been exposed to cosmoline over a long period of time.

Note: Some of these with the impressed "Bullet" on the closure lid to indicate in which direction the Ammunition Belt should be laid into the Can. Most do not have this marking.
